Legalbhasha processes legal recordings and documents that are often confidential or privileged. This summary explains how we protect them. (Have this page reviewed by your counsel before launch.)

What we collect

Account details (name, organisation, contact and billing information), the files you upload, and records of activity on your orders.

How files are protected

Files are stored in private, encrypted storage and are never available through public URLs. Access is granted through short-lived signed links, and only to you and the linguist and reviewer assigned to your order. All access is recorded in an audit log.

Automated analysis

To prepare an instant quote, files may be analysed automatically (duration, speakers, language, quality, page count). Results are recommendations that you confirm; billing is based on confirmed information only.

Retention

Source and final files are retained for the period agreed with you, after which they are deleted. You can request earlier deletion by contacting support.
