These terms govern use of the Legalbhasha portal at legalbhasha.com. (Template text — have it reviewed by your counsel before launch.)

Orders and pricing

Prices are calculated from the published rate card using the details you confirm. An order is placed when you confirm the order summary and, where required, complete payment.

Your content

You confirm that you are entitled to share uploaded material with us for the purpose of transcription or translation. You retain all rights in your content and in the deliverables we produce for you.

Quality and corrections

Every order passes an internal quality review. If you believe a deliverable contains an error, raise it through the order comments and we will review it promptly.

Confidentiality

We treat all material as confidential and restrict access to personnel assigned to your order, who are bound by confidentiality obligations.
